Customer Service Agent
Dealing with queries from front desk customers
ü Booking in repairs from front desk customers having checked the warranty status
ü Taking payment for out of warranty /customer damaged handsets
ü Completion and filing of Repair Reports and ensuring all relevant information is taken from the customer
ü Call and query handling
ü Handling of inbound customer complaints and ensuring complete resolution
ü Problem solving
ü Liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments to resolve daily issues
ü Ensuring all service levels are achieved and exceeded
ü Meeting targets as set by supervisor/manager

Ideally you are educated to certificate or diploma standard in a business related discipline and possess the following attributes:
ü Customer focused with excellent attention to detail
ü Self motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
ü Ability to prioritise workload
ü Flexible approach to all areas of the role
ü Strong communication and organisational skills
ü Excellent telephone manner
